Refund & Return Policy

-NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS.

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned (shipped with tracking number) within 5 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns initiated after 5 days.

Items will ship out same day if your order is received by 3:00 PM CST. 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, smoke, perfume, or wear) with all Deme Latrece tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@demelatrece.com.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of perfumes, makeup, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@demelatrece.com and provide photos of damaged items for replacement. 

Exchanges

Deme Latrece does not issue exchanges,  if you send an item back for exchange we cannot guarantee that the item will still be in stock. 

However, you can return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

*FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):

Accessories, body suits, swim suits, and sales items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
